Late one night, a person driving in England spotted something unexpected on the side of the road. It was a dog, a Staffordshire terrier to be exact, and it was huddled by itself in a dog bed. There were no humans to be found, so the Good Samaritan took the dog to a local veterinarian office to see if they could reunite the lost pup with their family. The RSPCA, a local rescue group, decided to pull video surveillance footage from the area where the person found the lost dog. They couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw the video.
It showed a man getting out of a car and carrying a dog bed. Then, he took a dog on a leash and led it over to the bed on the other side of the road. Then, the man dropped the leash and bed and ran back to his car. The dog ran after the man, jumping at the car window to get inside as it drove away from him. The dog was clearly confused and distressed by the entire ordeal. The group is now investigating the situation to try to find the man who dumped the dog. But the sweet dog, whose name is Snoop, is now in good hands at the RSPCA.
The staff at the RSPCA are thankful that someone found Snoop on the side of the road and did the right thing to get him the help he needed. They also say he’s a very sweet dog, who is very playful and loving. No one knows exactly, but they guess him to be two years old. Though he was abandoned by his former owner, he is still very loving with humans and enjoys being around them. Though many people have stepped forward to adopt Snoop, the RSPCA is working to investigate his situation before giving him to a loving, kind forever home.
